About UsNiksa Co.established in 2014 in pursuit of Avadis Group goals which were outlined based on the concepts of sustainable development and utilization of national production in the food industry. The mission of Niksa is delineated as developing the largest cage fish farming in the west of Asia utilizing the world latest technology along with cooperation of internationally well-known companies, to produce healthy foods, and to develop the group business. -
First PhaseThe fish production has been started since January of 2015 with 1,000-ton capacity in the Persian Gulf waters and increased to 3,000-ton annual production capacity in October 2016. Niksa farm operating currently with 24 cages, each with 125-ton capacity, and equipped with fully automatic fish feeding barge. Niksa feeding barge named “Nilsa” and is the largest and the most advanced fish feeding barge in the west of Asia. -
Second phaseNiksa farm will upsize its production cycle via completing the nursery section (fish hatchery) by early 2018 and increasing the production capacity up to 5 million juvenile fishes in each cycle.
Third PhaseNiksa next development step is to design, build, and install the most advanced seafood processing and packing center in the South region. The implementation of this center is currently under cooperation with Optimar, a Norwegian company.
Fourth PhaseAchieving 5,000-ton fish farm capacity, according to the obtained permit, is Niksa prospect development for 2019.Address:
